If we cannot stop this internal considering, the more it will grow and spread over all areas of our life. Furthermore, the more requirements we make of life and wanting things in certain ways, the more disappointments we will have and, therefore, the more internal considering we will engage in. Internal considering is not something we decide to do; it is a mechanical, automatic reaction when things don't go the way we wish they would.
