If you want to continue to grow, you must remain teachable - intentionally recognizing the opportunity to learn from each experience. This is accomplished when you switch your focus away from what is happening to you, and make it about what you are learning.
By removing our identity (ego) from a situation, we become an observer. Only from this perspective can we begin to navigate through emotional turbulence and learn to accept the responsibility we have in co-creating our very own unique experience of life..
